Dusty Reed

Dusty is the founder, owner, and lead designer of Element Design & Events, with over ten years of experience in the floral and event industry. A Tucson native, she is deeply passionate about creating beautifully designed events and sharing that love with her hometown. Her background includes years spent working in flower studios, where she immersed herself in every step of the floral process and developed a refined eye for thoughtful, intentional design.

Throughout her career, Dusty has listened to countless clients express a desire for beautiful florals & events while feeling unsure of how to bring their vision to life. This is where she thrives, translating ideas, and inspiration into classic, textured & memorable designs while offering a simple, supportive, and stress-free experience.

She loves listening to a long podcast, getaways to the cabin, watching reality tv, spending as much time as possible with her niece & nephews, and her favorite treat is salt & vinegar chips.

Lead Event Planner

Amanda Hale

Amanda brings a wide range of experience to the Element Design & Events team, with a strong background in wedding planning and event production. Her experience spans coordinating weddings and large community events for the Town of Oro Valley, as well as stage management, performance production, and dance recitals. This diverse foundation gives her a deep understanding of both creative design and complex event logistics.

With over six years of experience in event planning, Amanda excels at guiding clients through the planning process with organization, clarity, and care. She blends her expertise in event production, timelines, and décor setup to ensure every detail is thoughtfully executed and every event runs smoothly from start to finish. Known for her calm presence, problem solving, and attention to detail, Amanda plays a key role in creating events that feel seamless, beautifully designed, and well managed.

She loves reading books, going to hockey games, watching musicals & her favorite treat is ice cream!

Events & Design Assistant

Kendyl Lopez

Kendyl is an essential part of the Element Design & Events team, bringing creativity, precision, and a hands-on approach to every event. She assists with event preparation, floral and décor setup, and helps bring our design visions to life. Known for her attention to detail and collaborative spirit, Kendyl assists our team in ensuring every event runs smoothly and looks beautiful from start to finish.
