Element initially began as a floral design company, built from my love of designing & creating custom pieces for all types of events. Over the past seven years, we’ve designed for celebrations all across Arizona & beyond, continually evolving as our clients and their needs grew. From the start, my vision was to grow Element into something more, expanding our team and offerings as demand increased.

After years of perfecting our processes and gaining extensive behind-the-scenes experience, we’re excited to now offer event planning and management as of 2026. Our team is deeply experienced in design, timeline production, and seamless event execution. We truly love events, it is where we do our best work and exactly where we are meant to be!
