2019 Reflection

A little reflection of 2019 as we prepare for this new year!

The last couple of years (even the beginning of this year really) if you’d ask me “what do you want to do” or “what are you passionate about?” My answer was most likely —> 🤷🏻‍♀️. All I really knew was that I loved flowers and I wanted something of my own. So I decided to go with my gut.

I had been working in Phoenix for a couple of years, just trying to soak up as much experience as I possibly could. There was something inside of me telling me to come home so I made the move back to Tucson! Weddings started to pop up and friends reached out, and there it was. A little glimmer of opportunity opened up that was made up of some time off work and that gut feeling.

Starting this new business in 2019 was so exciting, fulfilling and freakin nerve wracking! I had no idea what was going to come of it and still don’t, honestly! I do know I absolutely love working on it and being able to make my own ideas come to life.

Since officially opening in October, I have become a Certified Arizona Master Florist, designed flowers for two weddings, and a styled photo shoot, met with brides, sent out numerous wedding flower quotes and met so many kind, helpful and talented wedding professionals who I cannot wait to work more with in this new decade!

Can’t wait for what is planned, booked and whatever else is to come in 2020!
